Warranty, is there any?
Yes! All Cada Bikes carry 10 year warranty on the frame set against manufacturing defects. This means two things.
- We are confident that our frames and forks will last over ten years under regular use as long as they are not improperly abused.
- In the event that a rare defect creeps into our production, you will not have to suffer for it.
Other parts carry a 1 year warranty. We do not cover parts damaged from regular wear. But please, wearing out your bike is a good thing. It means you’ve been riding the hella out of it. So by all means, give us a shout if you do need some fresh parts. We will do our best to provide a favorable arrangement. 🙂
What’s the return policy?
We allow free returns within 7 days of the arrival of shipments if there is something wrong with the bike. So please inspect the goods thoroughly upon receiving them. Items need to be in their original packaging and unused condition for returns. Returns out of the 7-day period are subjected to 20% restocking charge and shipping cost. We also cannot cover returns for reasons such as the color looks different from the screen, or size feels too large/small.
Are the colors accurate?
We try our best to take product photos in the most natural lighting possible. However, we cannot control monitor color calibrations of all our customers. So please understand that the color you see on your monitor are very close to but may not be exactly the same as the good you receive.
How heavy is the bike?
Our 50cm build with a pursuit bar weighs in at 12.1kg (26.7lb). That’s including the pedals too (some sellers exclude this from the total weight).
Which countries are available for shipment?
We currently accept orders from Canada and Contiguous US
How are the bikes shipped?
The bikes are shipped 90% assembled, meaning just a few easy items are left for user installation. For example, the handlebar will be wrapped to the side of the frame, but cabling, grip, and brake levers are all pre-installed onto the bar. You will just have to secure the handlebar onto the stem with tools provided in the package. Saddles and pedals are also left for user installation. These are pretty easy and should only take a few minutes.
What’s the lead time on an order?
Typically a customer should receive his/her order in approximately 10 to 15 business days.
